Adolph Torrez

Adolph Torrez, 60, of Lampasas passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2021, at Advent Health Central Texas in Killeen, TX.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 28, 2021, with a rosary to start at 7:00 p.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel.  Funeral Mass will be at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, January 29, 2021, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Lampasas with an interment to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. 

Adolph was born in Lampasas, TX on March 1, 1960, and also grew up in Lampasas.  He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church where he was baptized and confirmed.  He spent most of his career as a lineman for cable companies and he thoroughly enjoyed traveling around to different places that his job took him.

He was known to have a huge heart and would do anything for anyone, especially his family, which he loved dearly.  Adolph also loved music and was a self-taught guitar player.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Casimiro and Enriqueta Torrez; son, Gabriel Wasnuk; brothers, Arthur Torrez, Joe Torrez, Gabriel Torrez, and sister, Mary Rodriguez.

Survivors include his daughter, Cherylanda Wasnuk; brothers, Manuel Torrez, and wife, Dolores, Casimiro Torrez, Jr., Ruben Torrez, Arnold Torrez and wife, Debrah, Adrian Torrez and wife, Pam; sisters, Christina Flowers, and husband, Charles, Yolanda Salazar and husband, Isidore, Clara Gamez and husband, Tony; grandchildren, Tony Perez, Jr., Mirsayah Wasnuk, and numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
