Barbara Ann Withrow

Barbara Ann Withrow, 64, of Lampasas, passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2023.

Visitation will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel on Friday, May 26, 2023, from 6 to 8 pm.  Graveside services will be held at Bethel Cemetery on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at 10 am.

Barbara was born on September 28, 1958, to Truitt and Juanita Faye (Hamilton) Carroll.  She was a loving mother, sister, and grandmother who adored her family, especially her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her nephew, L.D. Wilson; and her niece-in-law, Emily Wilson.

Survivors include her son, Jason Rallis and wife, Jackie; daughters, Rashae Uhler and husband, Clint, and Lindsey Withrow; her sister, Kathy Wilson and husband, Larry; her grandchildren, Charlie and wife, Abby, Christopher, Destiney, Tammy, Troy, Destiny Renee and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other loving family members. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations are made to Head For the Cure Foundation in memory of Emily Wilson.
