Blas Cisneros, 87, of Lampasas, passed away peacefully at his home on July 25, 2026.
A Rosary will be recited at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel in Lampasas on Tuesday, July 28, at 6:30 pm with visitation to follow until 8:30 pm. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church on Wednesday, July 29, at 10 am. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
