Carl Reese Kelley, 78, passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2021, at his residence in Lampasas, Texas.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 11, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 12, 2021, at Center Cemetery in Lometa, Texas.
Carl was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Kelley in 2011; his brother, Norman Kelley, and sister, Nina Webber.
Survivors include his sons, Dean Kelley and Tommy Wayne Kelley, and his grandchildren, Jonathan Wesley Kelley, and Thomas Wayne Kelley.
