Carolina L. Salazar

Carolina L. Salazar, 80, of Lampasas, passed away on Monday, June 13, 2022, at Lampasas Nursing and Rehabilitation.  She was born on May 18, 1942, in Lampasas, TX to Lupe Lopez and Nasaria Mejia Lopez.  Carolina was a homemaker and she had lived in Lampasas all of her life and was a devout Catholic.  She was a generous lady who enjoyed helping people and volunteered at the Senior Center for many years.

She was preceded in death by her son, Frank Salazar, Jr.; brothers, Esteban Lopez and Lupe Lopez, and sister, Angelina Lopez.

Survivors include her daughters, Julie Garza, and Brenda Salazar; brother, Louis Lopez; sister, Carmen Castaneda; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Carolina's body will be cremated and a memorial service is being planned.
