Cheryl Ann Feighner

Cheryl Ann Feighner, 57, passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at Advent Health Central Texas in Killeen surrounded by family and friends.  She was born on April 13, 1967, in Marianna, Arkansas to Wiley Holloway, Jr. and JoAnn McKinney Holloway.

Memorial services will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel, 201 E. 3rd St., Lampasas, TX, at 10 am on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.  

Cheryl grew up in Lampasas, Texas, and graduated from Lampasas High School in 1985.  After high school, she attended Nursing School at Central Texas College in Killeen, Texas where she received her associate's degree in nursing.  Recently she went back to school and completed her Bachelor's in Nursing from Western Governor's University in 2019.  She began working for Advent Health Central Texas as a Registered Nurse out of college, before relocating to Michigan in 1992 with Terry, Kaylee, and Gabby.

Cheryl married Terry on November 20, 1992, in Ithaca, Michigan.  They were happily married for just shy of 32 years.  They then welcomed Devon in 1995.  In 1997, the family relocated back to Texas, where she rejoined the Advent Health Central Texas team for an additional 28 years.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her father, Wiley Holloway, Jr., her sister, Tammy Gadsby, her grandmother, Vern McKinney, and grandmother, Lula Holloway; her mother-in-law, Judy Feighner; her father-in-law, James Feighner; and sister-in-law, Deborah Feighner.

Cheryl is survived by her spouse, Terry of Kempner, Texas; her daughters, Kaylee Ybarra of Lampasas, Texas, Gabby Feighner of San Luis Obispo, California, and Devon (Mario) Herrera of San Antonio, Texas; her grandchildren, Kemry Ybarra, Easton Ybarra and Avery Riley; her mother, JoAnn Holloway and her niece, Heather (Josh) Watkins and several other relatives.
