Jeffery Alan Freeburg

Jeffery Alan Freeburg, 51, died on October 13, 2022, in Goldthwaite, TX.  He was born on July 8, 1971, in Santa Barbara, CA., the son of Leland R. and Trudy A. Freeburg.

Graveside services will be held at Townsen Cemetery in Adamsville on Sunday, October 16, 2022, at 2:30 pm.

Jeffery grew up through elementary school in southern California.  In 1985 his family moved to Georgetown, TX and Jeff graduated from Georgetown High School.  During high school, Jeff's late evenings were spent working with an old mechanic three miles up the road where he honed his mechanic skills.  Following high school, Jeffery took a course in diesel mechanics at TSTC in Waco.  His vocation has been as a tractor, truck, car, and ATV mechanic.  His longest and latest employment was with Hoffpauir Outdoor Super Store in Goldthwaite.

Jeffery was baptized into the saving name of Jesus on August 26, 1990, and became a member of the Lampasas Berean Christadelphian ecclesia.  He lived a life full of love, joy, peace, long-suffering, goodness, and faith. 

Jeff is survived by his wife, Leah Bolt Freeburg, and her family which includes daughter; Tiffany Baird and husband, KC and their children, Kaitlyn and Kacen; son, Randy Bolt and wife, Krystal and their children, Karleigh and Emily; daughter, Misty Bryant and her children, Taylor, Trevor, and Tyler; his parents, Lee and Trudy Freeburg; his sister, Becky Hendershot, and husband, Robin and their children, Lee Ann and Jacob, and grandson, Jonah, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and his 99-year-old maternal grandfather, John Seagoe.

Jeff is preceded in death by his beloved step-daughter, Brittany Holland; paternal grandparents, Leland and Hazel Freeburg and his maternal grandmother, Ruth Seagoe.
