Judy Allen

Judy Allen, 75, of Lometa, passed away peacefully at her home in Lometa, TX on Wednesday, August 28, 2024.

Visitation will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel Lampasas on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, from 4 pm to 6 pm.  Graveside services will be held at Lometa City Cemetery on Thursday, September 5, 2024, at 10 am.

Judy was born in Freeport, TX on April 26, 1949.  She worked as a waitress for many years and once she married James Allen, she was a stay-at-home wife and mother.  Judy loved music and watching her Western shows and movies.  Her biggest joy in life though was her family and she was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who would do anything for anyone.

Judy was preceded in death by a husband, Miles Bennett, and her son, Milburn Bennett.

Survivors include her husband, James Allen; her children, Steven Allen and wife Mikki, Marcus Lee Bennett, Christene Borchers and husband Robert, and Martha Bennett; her brothers, Mack Parker, Kenneth Parker, and Terry Parker and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
