Larry Wayne Kemper, age 74 of Kempner passed away on Monday, January 1, 2018, in Temple.
Visitation with the family will be from noon until 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 9, 2018, at Scott's Funeral Home. Inurnment with full military honors will follow at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to be made to the American Heart Association.
