Lewis Gardner

Lewis G. Gardner, age 76, of Killeen, passed away on Friday, November 6, 2020, in Temple. No services are planned at this time.

Lewis was born on June 5, 1944, to the late Garrie and Eva Mae Price Gardner in Elberta, IL. He attended school in Lake View High School in Chicago, IL. He has spent the past 40 years in Texas. Lewis owned dumped trucks and enjoyed working the last 20 years in the Central Texas Area. He was an avid collector, always looking for cars or the next bargain. Lewis loved his dogs and cats and would always take in another stray.

Lewis was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters and one brother.

Lewis is survived by his daughter, Shelley Mingo; son, Louie Gardner; brothers, Steve Gardner and wife, Donna, David Gardner and wife, Velinda, Joe Gardner; several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
