Mildred “Coffee” Florence Myazoe was called home to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 7, 2025, passing peacefully while surrounded by love. She was 75.
Coffee believed in small kindnesses, the kind that arrive quietly and stay forever. She had a gift for listening, a laugh that infected the whole room, and a steady and strong faith in the goodness of the Lord. To know her was to feel seen, welcomed, and loved.
Coffee was a devoted wife, a patient mother, a proud grandmother and great grandmother, and a loyal sister to all. Her legacy lives on in the values she taught, the traditions she created, and the love she leaves behind in all who knew her. She believed deeply in God’s promise of eternal life and found comfort in His word.
She is survived by her mother Atina Tokeak Milne, twin sister Marelyn Tea, siblings Edward Tommy, Freda, and Hannah Lou. 5 children, Diane, James, Tamar, Atina, and Walter Jr. 8 grandchildren, Jasmine, Dallas, James II, Tamarah, Diego, Jamal, Daisuke, and Joah. 4 great grandchildren, Isla, Ynally, Loranwa, and Tico, and countless friends and family who rejoice in knowing she now rests in the presence of her Savior.
Though she is no longer with us in body, her spirit remains in every act of kindness, every shared story, and every moment of quiet grace. A faithful servant of God, Coffee lived her life guided by grace, humility, and unwavering trust in the Lord.
She found great peace in worship, comfort in prayer, and joy in sharing God’s love with those around her. Her life reflected the words of Scripture: “Well done, good and faithful servant.” (Matthew 25:21) Though we mourn her passing, we do not grieve without hope, for we trust in the resurrection and the promise of everlasting life through Jesus Christ.
