Peggy Ann Hopson

Peggy Ann Hopson, 83, of Lampasas, passed away at her home in Lampasas on December 10, 2022.

Visitation will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel on Thursday, December 15, 2022, from 11 to 12:30 pm.  Graveside services will follow at 1 pm at Maxdale Cemetery in Bell County.

Peggy was born in Des Moines, Iowa on May 27, 1939, to William and Twyla Albertson.  Peggy absolutely loved playing bingo and watching the hummingbirds on her front porch.  Family was everything to her and her children and grandchildren were her world.  For many years Peggy also enjoyed selling items at a flea market in San Antonio.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Billy, Kenny, Garry, and sister, Bernadine.

Survivors include her sons, Clark Hussman, Jr., and wife Rhonda, Jeff Hussman; daughters, Ashlea Hall, Shawnda Rios and husband, Jay; sister, Lucy Sutton; grandchildren, Rebecca, Steven, Tiffany, Leslie, Shawn, Moriah, Troy; great-grandchildren, Leander, Kylie, Brylie, Zaiden, and Lytle.
