Peggy Ann Hulsey

Peggy Ann Hulsey, 76, passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2021, in Belton, Texas.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 15, 2021, at Sneed Funeral Chapel.  Funeral Services will be at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 16, 2021, at Sneed Funeral Chapel with interment to follow at Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Briggs.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Peggy's name. 

Peggy was born July 12, 1944 in Briggs, Texas to Arthur and Lillie Bell Stiles.  Peggy grew up in Briggs and graduated from Briggs High School.  Soon after graduation she attended and graduated from Jackson Business College in Lampasas.  In her early years she was a member of Briggs Baptist Church where she was baptized.  Professionally, Peggy worked mainly as a bookkeeper and office manager and for the later part of her working career she was employed at The Store in Florence.

Family was most important to Peggy and she loved spending time with them.  She also enjoyed cooking and country music.  Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Bobbie Hulsey; parents, Arthur and Lillie Bell Stiles; daughter, Darla Laird; siblings, Barbara Cottle, Ray Stiles, Aaron David Stiles, J.T. Stiles, Pinky Stiles and Horace Clayton Stiles.

Survivors include her sons, John Hulsey and wife, Lisa, David Hulsey; daughter, Michele Anson and husband, Tony; grandchildren, Justin Laird, Samantha Laird, T.J. Anson, Rachel Anson, Amy Payne and numerous other grandchildren, nieces, nephews and loving family members.
