He was born on July 10, 1952 in Hackensack, New Jersey, the son of Charles Fullerton, Sr. and Theresa Fullerton.

Survivors include his brother, Charles Fullerton, Jr. and his daughter, Theresa Fullerton as well as a host of friends.
