Seth Turner Stair

Seth Turner Stair, 25, of Lampasas, Texas, passed away on February 22, 2024, after a long battle with tongue cancer.  He was born on October 10, 1998, in Killeen.

Seth was a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, and uncle.  He was known for his quiet and compassionate nature.  From a young age, he aspired to serve his country, following in the footsteps of his great uncle, Edward "Boss" Robertson, by enlisting in the Army.

Serving as  a combat medic at Fort Campbell, home of the 101st Airborne Divison Screaming Eagles, Seth demonstrated unwavering dedication and bravery.  Aside from his military service, Seth was also a skilled farrier, a passion he learned from his father and great-uncle Boss.  His patience and gentle demeanor were evident in his interactions with horses, making him a natural in the field.

He will be deeply missed by his parents, Cody and Laura Stair; his brother, Jake Stair; sister-in-law, Rachel and their children, Gavin and Freya.  Seth is also survived by his grandmother Patricia Robertson, grandfather, Donovan Stair and wife Sue, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Daphne Snell Kofman, and grandfather Michael Kofman.

Seth graduated from Lampasas High School in 2017 and went on to serve in the Army from 2019 to 2021, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew him.  His dedication to his country and his family will never be forgotten.
