Sharon Elizabeth Archie, 75, passed away at her home in Spring, TX on Saturday, June 24, 2023.
She was born to Ken and Dolly Ports on October 17, 1947, in Frederick, MD.
A memorial service will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel on Saturday, July 29, 2023, at 2 pm with the interment of her urn to follow at Rock Church Cemetery in Rumley, TX.
Sharon grew up in Maryland and San Antonio, TX, and attended Tarleton State University where she earned a Bachelor of Education. Her family moved to Lampasas in 1974 and she served as a Kindergarten and visually impaired teacher for 30 years.
She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Bill Archie; her children, Amy and Andrew Archie and her grandchildren, Karman, Ethan, and Elijah Archie.
