A proud graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Austin with a certificate in Patisserie and Baking, and The Art Institute of Austin where she earned an Associate's degree in Baking and Pastry, showcasing her passion and commitment to her craft.

Her family fondly remembers the Thanksgiving tradition she started, where she would gather with loved ones to create pies for the church's Thanksgiving baskets and the Grace Giving dinner. This beloved family event became a hallmark of the holiday season, illustrating her unwavering dedication to both her family and her community.

In addition to her professional achievements, Tabitha found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved camping adventures with her daughter, Ariella, and their dog, Kali. Her enthusiasm for exploring the outdoors was matched by her intriguing interest in ghost hunting, a testament to her adventurous spirit and zest for life.
