It is with heavy hearts and profound gratitude for her life, that we announce the passing of Tereseanna Cook, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Tereseanna passed away peacefully on July 26, 2026, in the comforting presence of her family. Born on May 8, 1968, in Oregon, she lived a life full of love, laughter, and generosity.Tereseanna strived to achieve a strong sense of family and community. 

She was predeceased by her father Rodney Renoud and his wife Elfriede Haaf, as well as her mother and step-father, Rita Jean Grantham and Paul Howard Beller, her cherished stepmother and best friend, Lisa Russell and her dear Pappy,  Ervin Nichols. 

She is survived by her devoted husband of 34 years, Thomas Cook, with whom she shared a life of boundless love and joy. Together they created a beautiful blended family, epitomizing the essence of unity and strength.Her legacy continues through her son, Christopher Rash, her daughter Michelle Cook  with Seth Carpenter, her stepdaughters Barbara Cook with Carl Morin, and Tina Cook, as well as her stepson, Mark Southernburg with Amanda Rainer. Tereseanna leaves behind a vibrant legacy in her many grandchildren Tia,  Josh, and Heather Southernburg, Crystal, Billy, Catalina with Shane O'pry, Keltsi  wth Daniel Parks, Chandra Olson, Charlene Morin, Xavier LaRose, and her very own Levi Wilson, twins Remi and Thomas Davis, and River Carpenter, along with just as many great-grandchildren, each of whom brought her immeasurable joy and pride. She is also survived by her sister, Sherryanna VanZandt with Dale VanZandt, sister Marita Angela Beller, brother Roddell Renoud, her long time  childhood friend and cousin, Katrina Nichols, her Uncles, Lester Nichols and David Renoud, as well as her closest niece, Shurita Barber  with husband Larry Wollard. 

She had a vast network of extended family and friends, whom cherished her dearly.  One particular couple she grew close to, whom expressed selfless unconditional love, was Ryan and Jeanette, who in the end of all this, provided numerous meals, family support, and care for Tereseanna's family while she was absent, and continue to show acts of love.

Tereseanna had a zest for life that was infectious. She found joy in the simple pleasures, such as Special Olympics with her son, years of survival preparation and collecting, and the annual Mother's Day camping trips,  where she eagerly anticipated showing off her mad skills regarding tasty campfire cooking. And BOY, when she whistled, every adult and child stopped their activities, breaking their necks to find out what she wanted. As much as she enjoyed attending church events and her most cherished past time of collecting coins with her father,  nothing else brought her more happiness than spending time with her grandchildren. She took immense pleasure in teaching them how to cook and bettering her patio,  while creating lasting memories filled with love and laughter.

Known for her quick wit and sharp mind, Tereseanna possessed a compassion that knew no bounds. She was always the first to offer a helping hand, providing comfort and support to those in need. Her warmth and kindness left an indelible mark on everyone she met.

As we say goodbye to this extraordinary woman, we celebrate a life well-lived while  honoring the enduring love she shared with us all. Tereseanna will be deeply missed, but her spirit will  live forever.
