W H (Bill) Whitted

William H.(Bill) Whitted, 93 of Lampasas, Texas died Sunday July 5, 2020 at Lily Springs Nursing and Rehab. He was born September 3, 1926 in Williamson County, Texas near Liberty Hill to parents Carl Whitted and Velma (Humphries) Whitted. Bill worked in law enforcement for several years and later for City of Copperas Cove as street superintendent. He married Ruth L. Henry and she preceded him in death in 2014. He is survived by his Daughter Jennifer Venable of Kempner Grandchildren, Susan Phillips (Skip) of Kempner, David Horner (Lisa) of Katy, Brian Horner (Erica) of Carlsbad, CA Great-grandchildren, Jerrod, Tyler, Caden, Colton, Kiley, Ella, Felix and Dean Great-great-grandchildren, Dennis, Alera, Jalynn, Justus, Jayme Great-great-great- grandchildren, Christopher, Elyza Sister, Clarabelle Whitted Davidson And several nieces and nephews. Bill was preceded in death by his wife and his son, Brian Randall Whitted and by 2 sisters and 3 brothers-in-law. Graveside funeral service will be conducted Saturday July 11, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in Liberty Hill Cemetery.
