Johnny Elias Sepeda, 39, passed away on February 26, 2026.  He was born on November 5, 1986, in Colorado City, Texas, to Espiridion (Dion) Sepeda, Jr. and Kimberly Parker-Alvarez.

Funeral services will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel, 1614 S. FM 116, Copperas Cove, TX, 76522, on March 7, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. with visitation an hour prior.

Johnny grew up in Sweetwater, Texas, and graduated from Sweetwater High School in 2005.  After high school, he began his career with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice as a Correctional Officer.  During his ten years of service, Johnny achieved the rank of Lieutenant and received numerous awards in recognition of his dedication and leadership.

Johnny later joined Seton Medical Center in Harker Heights, where he fulfilled his passion for helping others while working in Labor & Delivery and the Emergency Department.

Johnny made friends with everyone he met and was always willing to help anyone in need, no questions asked.  He had a larger-than-life personality and a true thirst for adventure.  Johnny loved coaching and competitive fishing.  He was known for giving the best hugs, wearing a big smile, and sharing a contagious laugh.  He enjoyed playing practical jokes and always had a great joke to tell.

Johnny married Stacy Sepeda on December 6, 2016, in Belton, Texas.  They shared nine wonderful years of marriage.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, riding his motorcycle, barbecuing, and hosting friends and family.

Johnny is survived by his loving wife, Stacy Sepeda of Killeen, Texas; his sons, Hunter, Casen, and Victor Sepeda of Killeen, TX; his mother, Kimberly Alvarez of San Antonio, Texas; his aunt and uncle, Jennifer and David Quintana of San Antonio, TX; his brothers, Allen Swank (wife Emily) of Kempner, TX, and Richard Morrison (wife Jackie) of Killeen, TX; Edward Villanueva (wife Stephanie) of Fort Worth, TX; his sister, Dominica Mohler (husband Chris) of Killeen, TX and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Espiridion (Dion) Sepeda, Jr., his stepfather, Santos Alvarez, and his grandmother, Sandra Parker.
